I visited Cafe Upstairs 3 times last month and I really liked the whole experience every time. Thanks to its fresh food and extra ordinary service. I am not good at writing but I would try to some up my experience in next few paragraphs.

*Ambience*:
The Cafe is located at a very serene location and view of Jail road from "Upstairs" looks fresh and pleasing. Cafe has a nice decent sitting. It looks more like a fine dining, family place than a (conventional Lahori) Cafe. Yes, they don't serve sheesha but have a separate section for smoker.

*Food*:
They have a nice variety of dishes. Almost all the dishes are single serving. I found there stuff amazingly fresh 3 out 3 times. Thin crust pizzas are very good. We tried two flavours i.e. spicy chicken and Chicken and Eggplant (or something). We liked it some much that we found a hack to get a pizza FREE (details and cautions in service section ). Similarly sandwiches are tasty too with no compromise on freshness.

*Drinks*:
Cafe has some really special fruity drinks. Therefore, they need a special heading. Ask for seasonal fresh drinks or try Peach-cherry Fizz and Blueberry Fizz. Both the drinks are too awesome to miss.

*Service*:
Waiters are amazingly nice. They arrange cigarette even though they don't sell it in cafe. They don't hesitate to offer you compensation or free food in case of mistake (a must have quality seriously missing in ALL other eating places in Pakistan). This brings us to so called hack for FREE PIZZA.
Wood oven is a tricky thing (as one of the waiters explains) and you can’t really control amount of fire. So, after eating half of your Pizza, turn it over, and see if the surface black. If yes call the waiter politely and ask for replacement. Jokes apart, the reason to write this down is to appreciate the hospitality and this trick should never be abused. Caution: This trick might have a reverse reaction on you. It might make you a regular visitor and a fan of their hospitality

*TL; DR*:
A very decent place for family and a must visit place for foodies and food explorers. Food is fresh, fresh fruit drinks are awesome
And service is amazingly nice.
