A Bit over rated at the moment....

I am a burger fan...and once again i will like to state the when it comes to burgers its always beef....I ve tried Johny Rockets (top of the line ive tried in burgers its dubai branch) Hardees (number 2) Burger king (though expensive then hardees but i like hardees beef recipe more tasty) then there r many... well last time when i went to Burger Hub it was 10 minutes before 11:00 PM and the place was cramped (it always is as they ve only 5 tables) Max 13 to 15 persons sitting... well as i placed order at 11 the routine thing happened, electricity shut down AKA load shedding i waited for some time for generator to kick off but there was none..on asking i was told they ve no power back up.....imagine u paying approx 550 to 600 for a meal and no power back up???????? i cancelled the order as i had no gun aimed at me to dine in that packed joint in all that humidity... , today i once again gathered the courage to find my way through the maze puzzle of traffic on MM Alam road and reached there and it was 30 minutes to 11...i once again asked them whether thy ce the power backup on or not and the answer was NO...but i was informed that the has been no load shedding for whole day..so i decided to take the chance... the place was packed again we had to wait 25 minutes for the order and table to be free... we ordered 2 emperors and one Cajun..there was only once attendant running everywhere and he was good in that... well i found my burger way to dry....it was filling and hunger killing ..but it lacked all the juices , sauces , creams etc etc..... the patties were not done right in a way that they were thick from the outer edge and thin from the mid....so if u ve a look at the burger from outer edge u will feel that its a pretty thick burger patty ..but its not that thick...the pickled veggies were okay but i missed onion rings in my burger badly..whenever i got to hardees i ask them to double the quantity in my meal..the fries were not exactly what comes fresh out of fryer and the coleslaw quantity was very small .... i never use ketchup or any sauce as i believe its spoils the natural or authentic taste of the meal...and i had to use mustard as a support to get it down through my throat with a sip of coke.. the bun was way to thick , though it was soft and fresh but..... a chef that makes the burger that dry needs some training.
The AC there was only one and only one and its mouth was open as if panting and trying to breathe something cold but the poor thing failed badly..one reason was the immense heat emitting from the service window that open from kitchen.. i will request the management to look into these issues as they r charging a fortune whats the point have 600 Rs meal with a fear that what happens if there is load shedding??????????????
