Went for lunch today to C'n'B liberty branch. Parked the car conveniently in the parking plaza and took the lift to the ground floor. Strategically located next to nishatlinen to the left and mcb bank to the right we found seating arrangements outside in the open. The Menu is straightforward and no-frills junk food :). Went for the Chicken cheese plater, chicken chuck, chicken chilli dry and chicken chilli with sweet and sour sauce. Food was quick to be served, fresh ingredients and chilled drinks which is paramount to a good lunch anywhere. For a change, this branch stands out and performa better than DHA, johar town, model town or shadman branches. Everything was cooked to perfection and the rainy weather did play a role in making the food seem more delectable. Its a economical option for a quick lunch/dinner and should'nt be compared to the likes of hoity toity restaurants. Would recommend the chicken as it grills properly and is the preferred meat selection. The chicken chuck is special i.e a substitute to the stuffed chicken without bone and served with fries and coleslaw. The fries could be better as it was crunchier than normal and maybe thats localised to CnB from day one. Waiters are friendly and are quick with service. All in all i think liberty branch has an edge over the other branches considering the freshness and timeliness factor. Cheers read less
